Where do I find my files?

On Etsy, go to Account, then Purchases and reviews, and download the PDF guide from your order. It's also linked in your order email. The button in the guide opens your template in Canva.

My template link won't open.

Make sure you're signed in to Canva (a free account works), then click the button in the PDF again. Still stuck? Send me your Etsy order number and I'll sort it out.

Can I edit on my phone?

Yes. Open the link in the free Canva app and edit from there.

Will anything be shipped?

No. Every design is a digital download that you print at home, at a print shop or through Canva, or send by text and email.

Can I get a refund?

Digital items can't be returned, but if something isn't working, message me and I will make it right.
